So, after the capitol, we went to Cabela's which is a boy's paradise. We had to drag them (all 3 of my boys including G)out of the store kicking and screaming. But Bitsy and I had a wedding to get to - a wedding that started at 7:30 and we wanted to be able to relax in the hotel for a little while before heading out to the big event. So...we get to the hotel and all of a sudden Bitsy yells to me, "Just brush your teeth, we have to go! The wedding starts at 6!" It was about 5:20 and we had to drive about 20-30 minutes to get to the wedding. Ok. We RUSH and leave at 5:40, get totally lost on our way (it was out in the country at Kindred Oaks) and arrive at 6:10. Luckily, the wedding was running late as well and we were able to be seated and still see everything as they didn't start until about 6:15. We were a little less than fresh, but we made it! The beautiful bride and her family - they are dear friends to Bitsy! We finished up our weekend by going to an amusement park with bumper boats, miniature golf and race cars. It was a great weekend and now we are all ready for bed!
I am the wife of an amazing, handsome man and the mother of 2 fabulous, active, BUSY boys! I am also a teacher, daugther and friend! My life is filled with excitement and action from sun-up until sun down, but I would not trade places with anyone in the world!
